My first wedding of 2021

was at the Lochside House Hotel in Ayrshire where the lovely Carolyn & Robert tied the knot in front of their closest friends and family members.

These guys had postponed their wedding 5 times previously due to the pandemic but thankfully this time around the covid restrictions didn't put a dampener on the day.

Carolyn and her bridesmaids got ready in one of the hotels luxury lodges (which are amazing by the way) whilst Robert and his 'Best Woman' got ready in the hotel.

I managed to capture both of them getting ready before heading to the ceremony which was great. The groom getting ready part of the day is often forgotten about as the timings of the day don't always allow for it unless you have a second photographer.

The ceremony itself was really nice and made even more special by the fact that Robert's dad was the minister who married them!

Afterwards, thankfully, the rain held off and we were able to get outside for some bridal party and family photos.
